What is your motivation (your WHY)?

Allow yourself to daydream. What IS your ultimate dream? Amazing vacations, weekly spa treatments, daily dinners out - think big, maybe a dream wedding or honeymoon. Perhaps you want to pay off your house or your car, student loans or medical bills - or maybe you want to make more to give more: family, friends, charities, etc. Make a list of what is most important to you.

Now, spend a little time / money, not much, not much (maybe a half of a day and $25-$100) and do one of the things that you wrote down. Enjoy breakfast at the Ritz Carlton, walk around the property, gaze at the pools and the spa. If your motivation is for a specific person, take them out and enjoy quality time together. Really enjoy yourselves. Take a few pictures as you enjoy the day. When you return home, make these pictures your desktop, tablet or cell phone's home screen - or print them out and place your pictures somewhere that you’ll see often. You will be reminded daily how amazing that day felt . . . this will be your motivation. The more effort you place into your business, the more days like this you will enjoy, until it simply becomes your lifestyle. Ask yourself what it would take to recreate that day again, and as often as want. Remember how amazing that day felt – remind yourself daily. You have to WANT IT or you won’t do the work to have it. Create a goal and then make that goal urgent. The first step to success is determining your WHY - this will make your effort worth every minute!
